シンガポールに来て、ビーフヌードルなるものを

初めて食べましたが、、、

クセになります！

ビーフの具はスライス肉、内臓系、肉団子など選べるのだけど、

いつも食べるのはコレ！
I had never tried "Beef Noodle" before coming to Singapore,,,
It is very addictive!
You can choose slice beef, intestine, meatballs etc
I like to order,,,

「スライスビーフ、クイティアオ、ドライ」

"Slice beef,  Kway teow,  Dry"

暗号のようなクイティアオは

平たい米の麺で、

ドライはドロドロしたスープ(？)あんかけ(？)がのってきます。
This magic words mean, thick rice noodle plus slice beef with gravy sauce
(not soup!)

麺は、細い麺や、ラーメンの黄色いヌードル選べるし

スープヌードルも選べます。

Other than that, you can choose thin bee hoon and yellow noodle.
Also, there is soup noodle.

ここはメニューに写真があるので、選びやすいです。

しかも、オーダーも紙に書いて出すだけなので、しゃべらなくていい！

（中国語でまくしたてられる心配がないのはうれしい。。。へへ）

It is very easy for foreigners to order because their menu has pictures 
and when we order, all we have to do is just wright order sheet!
(No need to worry even if they only understand chinese,,,hehe)

あ、でもライムだけはなぜか言わないともらえないので、

お好みでもらってください！
Oh, please do not forget ask lime!
You cannot have it without telling (only) for it!

私がシンガポールで食べるべき食べ物ナンバーワンだと思っている
エビヌードルことプロウンミー
(日本にくらべて、エビの値段はものすごく安いので^^)

食べたくなったらまず行くのはココ！
ザイオンロードフードセンター

グレートワールドシティの向かいのフードセンターです。
この看板と、行列を探してください↓↓


閉店間際にも関わらず、入れ替わり立ち替わり人がきてました。
I saw people keep on coming even though it was late night.


ボケちゃったけどスープ！
Sorry it is blur but see the picture of their soup!
豚肉入りのスープなので、色は他の店に比べて白め...
The color of the soup is whiter than other shops because with pork.
エビは半分にカットされたエビちゃんが3匹。
I saw 3 half cutted prawn swimming in the silky soup.

味は、とっても美味しい！
Taste so good!
豚肉入りエビ麺は、たいてい豚の味でエビの風味が消えてしまっているけど、
Normally, prawn noodle with pork taste only pork or diluted, 
このお店のスープは、ちゃんと豚がエビを助けておりました (^-^)b
but this soup's pork helps prawn to be tasty!

値段は、$5 $8 $10 $12 $16 から選べます。
You can choose the noodle from $5 $8 $10 $12 $16.
(しかも、$12 $16 の後付け感ハンパない！紙に書いてるし　笑)
$16頼んだら一体どんなのが出てくるんだろ！？
I wonder how big $16 bowl is!?

次回、挑戦する、、、かな？

I challenged $16 on the other day!

どどーんとレンゲより大きいえびがごろごろ！

Size of prawns are bigger than soup spoon!!

そしてスープボウルはどんぶりにサイズアップ！

Also, soup bowl upsized to big bowl for soup noodle!

えび美味しすぎる。。。!

Prawns so delicious and fresh...!
